I have shipped the testing kits to those who signed up! So far, initial feedback is positive!!

Comfort level has been rated very high, with feedback saying that “Everything important is better than laces.”! :)
There’s a couple minor speed bumps with the hardware (just the length of the screws) but I believe I have the solution to make sure they’re compatible with all skates, by providing a few longer screws in the kit in addition to the normal length. Seems to be affecting CCM skates mostly.
A couple of the testers have also put them on inline goalie skates as well as player ice skates and seem to have worked!
I would definitely like to take this project further, so stay tuned for the next steps here!
